BMMS has been our vendor for rejections, denials, appeals, and payment processing since May
of 2019. In this capacity I’ve found their team to be knowledgeable, responsive, hardworking,
and accountable. During my time with Plushcare not only did BMMS help with my onboarding,
but they were also extremely open and responsive to the change I intended to implement. This
was highlighted during my deployment of a new denial reporting system and RCM strategy,
which BMMS embraced and adapted to with ease.

One of the strong suits of BMMS is the ability to be pliable and deliver quality work in
non-traditional environments. Along with this comes an ability to pivot and adapt to shifting
priorities which is extremely helpful in the fast paced and dynamic world of revenue cycle
management especially at a startup.

Additionally BMMS has been available and responded positively to ad hoc projects and
initiatives that are common at an early stage healthcare startup.
I consider BMMS a very competent and competitive RCM service provider and recommend
them.
